FYI which I forgot in the first post - to disable HTTPDownloading, use this cvar:
cg_allowHTTPDownloading

If it's 0, then HTTP downloader will not run. By default it's 1.

Newest version adds a crashhandler and fixes a couple of bugs.

Run /3dupdate to get latest or if you have problems with that, then download it directly from here: https://forums.3d-sof2.com/downloads/3DMod.zip

When your game crashes, it will create a file to your sof folder /RPM/crashdumps:


The log file contains contents which will help us to find a solution to the crash.


Therefore please either upload or copy-paste the contents to this thread so we can take a look.
