1.**Server development** is essential in every respect to improving the quality of gameplay and attracting players.
2. **Attention to small details**, such as gameplay, content, and player feedback, enhances the gaming experience.
3. **Constant updates** send a message to players that they matter and their feedback matters. This strengthens the server. Constant activation and updating keeps the server active and players engaged.
4. Server development requires **clear vision and well-thought-out plans**, with the removal of some items, such as the pistol. I don't think this is beneficial, and players get bored when the police shoot them with pistols. I think it's bad.
5. Good suggestions such as:
- Equipping the police with 4 MM1 bullets and removing the pistol.
- Adding a telegun for the police, such as the thief, and grenade crates for the thief for at least one or two players would be a different and attractive development.
- Modifying the maps and reducing their size to improve performance for players with weak devices. Most players complain that large maps cause a significant drop in frame rate, which makes them bored. - Increasing the playtime on premium maps from 10 to 15 minutes, such as kam1-inf-shop. Sometimes, there isn't a single admin to make it longer, and players love these maps.
- Bringing back the old police-burning feature after killing a thief.
- Bringing back the red "Headshot" word as it was before. It looks great.

6. **Strict adherence to the rules** and anti-cheating are important to keep the server active and sustainable.

7. **Constantly listening to players** is essential to adding new ideas and bringing back old, useful features.

8. Our goal is to make the server more active, vibrant, and responsive to needs, while maintaining the game's identity.

Sometimes when you want you are a brilliant, I also think what you say is true and I think the game will be much better

I agree with you on this. I think if the game went back to its previous form with the same old graphics as at least nine years ago it would be much better

We gave the hiders a telegun. Stungun was to balance out telegun. Benefit hider = benefit seeker. Also, it's up to the mapcycle editor to either enable or disable it.
Equipping the police with 4 MM1 bullets
Why not but I think a proper MM1 player is good already with 3, but up to debate.
grenade crates for the thief for at least one or two players
There is a functionality called knifebox - after 5 stuns you can spawn a box. Will be brought to 3D in the upcoming day(s).
Adding a telegun for the police
I think that is too overpowered unfortunately.
Increasing the playtime on premium maps from 10 to 15 minutes, such as kam1-inf-shop
agreed but up to the mapcycle
Modifying the maps and reducing their size to improve performance for players with weak devices.
It's not actually the map size alone which affects FPS hard, it's overly edited maps as well.
There is one thing running in the pipeline which MIGHT affect this, but only if I manage to finalize it (which can be also never). Up until then, feel free to give feedback on maps which drop FPS the most.
Bringing back the old police-burning feature after killing a thief.
Also done together with knifebox, see PR 18: https://github.com/JannoEsko/1fxplus/pull/18
Bringing back the red "Headshot" word as it was before. It looks great.
That was toggled off with the entire obit logic - we feed the damage info to anticheat instead. I think we wont bring this back.
