Hello,

We stopped supporting fairplay a long time ago because it was useless and brought a false sense of security for admins as well, "has fairplay means clean" was never actually the case.

Ravo from Aftermath's team (kyro kekw) built a new AC called sof2guard which seems to fix the biggest issues which fairplay had. At first I was skeptical because if it smells like kyro it means something's wrong right? Well turns out that Kyro had no say in the program and doesn't have access to the anticheat as well.

It's still in development so of course it might have some kinks in it but it's a far better solution than what fairplay had. Therefore, for players who have been caught cheating or who has been accused forever (looking at you @DoNaTeLo), we might now start enforcing them to use sof2guard, which means that we're officially supporting it from now on as well.

If a player is running sof2guard, you will see it in chat when your write @guard (and I also think it works when you write @fp). You should be able to see them on the guard homepage and you should also be able to fairshot them. Which also means as there's no known bypasses existing for the newest sof2guard version, that you can currently put trust in it that it's not bypassed so far (and it means that if donatelo is seeking with sof2guard, you allow him to seek).

i agree with that . you must let guard in server anti_wh .clean server without hack
but i saw some ppl in 1fx fake guard how? he did bind with colour and time and history
i hope all staff and general play with guard.i think some staff and admin play with hack

Why is there a trojan attached to sof2guard lmao. They are smart enough to make an anticheat but not smart enough for it to be a detectable virus :confused:

Shows cuz anticheats often act like viruses. Iirc will be fixed in next release thanks to code signing
 
thank fuck lol, because legit, i was like hmm people use it so its not actually a virus, so i deactivated security to download it then put it into the sof2 folder, then went to re-activate security then proceeded to access sof2guard file but said nah virus detected L E L.

Hmm interesting, if people start to enforce the anticheat on people then i might bother to look at it.

Do so, more of a challenge than fairplay was anyhow, can get it better and current version has already fixed a lot of the loopholes. Iirc mem exploit still works but should have a fix next version (or it did in this one don't know)
