Oh didn’t noticed that,I think he should download a clear copy of sof2 first then he goes on the other solutions you guys gave him like restarting the modem router

Just do what the egys have mastered, reset router (hope that works) if not try messing with DEP thats what worked for me
 
i face this problem many time and i solve it by opening the game twice then i can search for the server in any of the both pages then i can close the other page
