1- Well to report any member/staff you had to go here
/ حسنًا للإبلاغ عن أي عضو/موظف عليك الذهاب إلى هنا

2- After you go to the link, select the one who did abuse
/ بعد أن تذهب إلى الرابط، حدد الشخص الذي قام بالإساءة

3- After you select the one who did abuse, you have to explain in the box "Description" what he did
/ بعد تحديد الشخص الذي قام بالإساءة، عليك أن تشرح في مربع "الوصف" ما فعله

4- After you explain what he did, you should have proof like a screenshot/video If you have a screenshot, click on the input "Add images"
/ بعد أن تشرح ما فعله، يجب أن يكون لديك دليل مثل لقطة شاشة او فيديو إذا كان لديك لقطة شاشة، فانقر على "إضافة صور"

or if you have a video, it must be a YouTube video, then copy and paste the video URL into the "YouTube links"
/ أو إذا كان لديك مقطع فيديو، فيجب أن يكون مقطع فيديو على يوتيوب ، ثم انسخ عنوان للفيديو والصقه في "روابط يوتيوب"

5- If you have more than 1 video, you can add another link by clicking on the button “Add another link”
/ إذا كان لديك أكثر من فيديو واحد، يمكنك إضافة رابط آخر بالضغط على زر "إضافة رابط آخر"

Now after doing all that click on the button “Submit”
/ الآن بعد القيام بكل ذلك اضغط على زر "إرسال"


Staff will have to see the proof to decide what to do with the abuser
/ سيتعين على الموظفين رؤية الدليل ليقرروا ما يجب فعله مع المسيء

Stickied the thread, thanks Dracula.

@all, this is how we will accept reports in the future. Forum reports will be discarded and not handled at all.
 
NB we know there currently is an issue with creating reports. I identified the root cause and will try to apply a fix in the coming days.
