# 3D H&S AdminTeam Notice

Over the past few weeks, we've noticed a significant increase in admin and password applications.

Unfortunately, many of these applications show little to no effort. Some are copied, some contain only a few random words, and others fail to explain why the applicant deserves a position on the **3D Admin Team**.

Becoming an admin is **not just about having permissions or a password**. It is a responsibility that requires maturity, patience, fairness, and good judgment.

Before submitting an application, ask yourself:

* Do you fully understand the server rules?
* Do you know when an admin should step in—and when they shouldn't?
* Can you handle conflicts calmly and fairly instead of making them worse?
* Can you remain respectful and professional toward every player?
* Will you be a positive addition to the 3D community?

If your answer is **yes**, then take your time and write an application that truly represents who you are. Show us your experience, your commitment, and why you deserve the role.

If your only goal is to obtain admin privileges or the server password, please do not apply.

We are **not** looking for more admins.
We are looking for the **right admins**.

Build your reputation within the server first. Let your actions speak louder than your application.
