1- Download 1fx master.exe : https://1fxmod.org/clpatch
or you can download it below the topic

2-Then extract files (here), you should install WinRAR or 7zip
WinRAR 64bit:https://www.win-rar.com/fileadmin/winrar-versions/winrar/winrar-x64-602.exe
WinRAR 32bit:https://www.win-rar.com/fileadmin/winrar-versions/winrar/wrar602.exe


3-Then run it, and you will get the servers list:
