My problem is that the lobby freezes whenever I click anywhere, and even the loading screen takes a long time before it puts me into the game.

if ur internet good anything will be fine

download sof2 with new pc and try to open sof2 if this game has been working try to deleted game or fix some thing in ur pc but the real problem as i told you its internet problem so go check ur internet first
