Improving Spectator System & Admin Controls

Hey, Sharrawii here.

First, I want us to improve something . I noticed a big problem with the spectator killer, especially at Nate Cafe.

You can make a small area on all maps where dead players go, and only admins should be allowed to use Ghost mode.

I already told Shoke about this, just reminding him.

Also, make sure admins can see the names of all players on both teams. That way, they can catch anyone cheating USE (WH) easily .

Ye I am actually quite confident you have nothing. Push it to GitHub, if what you said is true we have enough people here to support.

Also, not being able to use chatgpt is a plain lie - you’re able to use it for support for absolutely anything.
